How do I purchase a ticket?

You can purchase tickets online at www.bigticket.ae or in person at ticket counters in Abu Dhabi International Airport and Al Ain Duty Free. When purchasing your ticket please make sure that all your personal details (including your name, date of birth and contact details) are correct.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and cash, online at www.bigticket.ae and in-person at ticket counters at Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free.

What do I do if my Credit or Debit Card is not working?

Please check first with your bank. If the problem is still not resolved, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes. In person, you can pay cash when you purchase at ticket counters at Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free. Online, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Please be aware that Cash on Delivery is only available if you purchase tickets before the 24th day of the month, and there will be VAT applicable on the delivery charges (paid to our third-party delivery company).COD option is only for UAE residence.

Is it possible to refund my Big Ticket after I purchased?

All Big Ticket purchases are non-refundable. In case of technical issues, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

I purchased one ticket last week and I want to purchase one more ticket now. Am I entitled to a free third ticket?

No. Unfortunately, our 2+1 promotion only applies when you purchase more than 1 ticket in a transaction.

I purchased a ticket online and I have not received the purchase transaction confirmation. What should I do?

Your email confirmation should be received immediately. Please double-check your junk email. If you still do not see an email confirmation, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

How can I know if my ticket was already dropped in the raffle drum?

If you purchased a physical ticket at one of the counters in Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free, you must drop your ticket in the raffle drum at the time of purchase For e-tickets, we have a set schedule for securely bringing all e-tickets to the raffle drum every week. I have just purchased a ticket online and I did not receive the actual e-ticket. What should I do?

You should receive your e-ticket within 48 hours of your online purchase. If after 48 hours you have not received your e-ticket, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

I received a payment error after my transaction, but the payment has already been deducted from my Credit Card or Debit Card. What should I do?

Please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244 with your transaction details. Customer Service will be able to assist you.

I realized that the personal details on my ticket are incorrect. Can I change them?

If you notice an error in the information on your ticket before the draw takes place, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244 to correct your details. In order to make changes to your personal information, please note that we will need to verify your ID with a Passport, Emirates ID or other form of official identification.
