How many Big Ticket draws are available?

Big Ticket has two different types of draws: 1. Guaranteed Cash Draw (Grand Prize Winner and multiple additional Cash Prizes) every month 2. Dream Car Draw every two months

How much does each ticket cost?

The price for a Guaranteed Cash Draw Big Ticket is AED 500 and if you purchase 2, you get the 3rd for free (under our 2+1 promotion). The price for a Dream Car Draw Big Ticket is AED150.

How long does each promotion last?

Each Guaranteed Cash Draw runs every month, from the 1st day of the month. Each Dream Car Draw runs for a period of two months, with a new Dream Car Draw starting on the 1st day of every other month.

How many tickets are available each month?

There is no limit to the number of Guaranteed Cash Draw and Dream Car Draw Big Tickets available each month.

What is the Big ticket Weekly Electronic Draw ?

All customers who purchase a Big Ticket Millionaire cash raffle ticket during the Weekly Electronic Draw dates will be automatically entered into the Big Ticket electronic draw. To see the weekly electronic draw calendar please follow us on social media for more updates and check our Big Ticket website.The Big Ticket electronic draws are conducted using an internationally certified Random Number Generator to select the winners and the electronic draw is overseen by Big Ticket auditors. The Random Number Generator has been certified by iTech Labs which is a leading testing and certification services worldwideWinners of the Big Ticket Weekly Draw are selected via electronic draw and announced on Social Media and www.bigticket.ae on the same day.

Why are there limited ticket number options on the website?

Numbers on our website are unique computer-generated numbers and once selected by a customer, that number is no longer available for that promotion.

What is the Terms and Condition for Big Ticket Holiday Giveway Promotion?

1. Customers have to present the original Vouchers and their Emirates ID/ Passport and Visa Copy during redemption of the vouchers. 2. Vouchers are non-refundable 3. All Big Ticket Cash Tickets purchased between the promotion dates will be entered into the adjoining draw date only; the tickets will not be entered into every weekly electronic draw.Each weekly electronic draw will have 1 winner only.All customers who purchase the cash prize tickets will automatically qualify for the electronic draw.All customers are still eligible to win The Tremendous 25 Million cash prize and 13 other cash prizes for The Tremendous 25 Million draw to be held on the 3rd of November.The winner will be announced on Big Ticket social media platforms on the above electronic draw dates.The winners will be contacted via the phone number or Email Id provided when they made the purchase of their qualifying tickets.Any Big Ticket Gold prize winner must visit Big Ticket office in Abu Dhabi, at their own expense, to claim the Gold prize letter which allows the winner to collect the Gold from the designated gold store in Abu Dhabi. How do I purchase a ticket?

You can purchase tickets online at www.bigticket.ae or in person at ticket counters in Abu Dhabi International Airport and Al Ain Duty Free. When purchasing your ticket please make sure that all your personal details (including your name, date of birth and contact details) are correct.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and cash, online at www.bigticket.ae and in-person at ticket counters at Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free.

What do I do if my Credit or Debit Card is not working?

Please check first with your bank. If the problem is still not resolved, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes. In person, you can pay cash when you purchase at ticket counters at Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free. Online, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Please be aware that Cash on Delivery is only available if you purchase tickets before the 24th day of the month, and there will be VAT applicable on the delivery charges (paid to our third-party delivery company).COD option is only for UAE residence.

Is it possible to refund my Big Ticket after I purchased?

All Big Ticket purchases are non-refundable. In case of technical issues, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

I purchased one ticket last week and I want to purchase one more ticket now. Am I entitled to a free third ticket?

No. Unfortunately, our 2+1 promotion only applies when you purchase more than 1 ticket in a transaction.

I purchased a ticket online and I have not received the purchase transaction confirmation. What should I do?

Your email confirmation should be received immediately. Please double-check your junk email. If you still do not see an email confirmation, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

How can I know if my ticket was already dropped in the raffle drum?

If you purchased a physical ticket at one of the counters in Abu Dhabi International Airport or Al Ain Duty Free, you must drop your ticket in the raffle drum at the time of purchase For e-tickets, we have a set schedule for securely bringing all e-tickets to the raffle drum every week. I have just purchased a ticket online and I did not receive the actual e-ticket. What should I do?

You should receive your e-ticket within 48 hours of your online purchase. If after 48 hours you have not received your e-ticket, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244.

I received a payment error after my transaction, but the payment has already been deducted from my Credit Card or Debit Card. What should I do?

Please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244 with your transaction details. Customer Service will be able to assist you.

I realized that the personal details on my ticket are incorrect. Can I change them?

If you notice an error in the information on your ticket before the draw takes place, please email Customer Service at [email protected] or call us on +971 (0) 2 201 9244 to correct your details. In order to make changes to your personal information, please note that we will need to verify your ID with a Passport, Emirates ID or other form of official identification.

I do not live in the UAE. Can I still enter the Big Ticket draws?

Yes, you can enter the Guaranteed Cash Draw and Dream Car prize draws if you live outside of the UAE.

What is the minimum age limit to participate in Big Ticket?

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets.

Can I purchase a Big Ticket for my child who is under 18 years of age?

If you are a legally recognized guardian of a child and you would like to purchase a Big Ticket for your child, you must provide a valid Emirates ID or Passport copy for yourself and your child when you purchase.

How are the live draws conducted?

Due to the ongoing impact of Covid 19-related public safety and social distancing guidelines, our physical live draw events have been temporarily suspended until further notice. Live draws are now conducted online on Facebook and YouTube.

When are the live draws held?

Our live draws are always held on the 3rd of every month. Please visit www.bigticket.ae, Facebook or Instagram before the draw to get the most updated timing and information.

I lost my ticket but I am a Big Ticket winner, what do I do?

How will I know if I am a Big Ticket winner?

After each monthly draw, Big Ticket’s Customer Service Team, using the contact information you provided when you purchased your ticket, will reach out on the same day to let you know you have won. We also always post the complete list of winners on www.bigticket.ae for the Cash Draw and Dream Car draw.Big Ticket will never contact you to ask you to verify your personal information. If I win, how do I claim my prize?

If I win, do you need to publish my photograph?

Yes. If you are a lucky winner, Big Ticket would like to celebrate with you and share your story to the Big Ticket community worldwide. Will there be additional Value Added Tax (VAT) charges when I purchase a ticket?

No. You only need to pay the price marked on the ticket, which is AED 500. The ticket price is already inclusive of VAT.

Will there be VAT charges applied when claiming the Cash Draw prizes?

No. There are no VAT charges applied on our cash prizes. Winners will receive the exact amounts advertised.

Will there be VAT charges applied on Dream Car Draw prizes?

No. There will be no VAT charges applied to the Dream Car. However, if the winner decides to resell the car, it is the winner’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes.

Will there be VAT charges applied on Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases?

Yes, there will be VAT charges applied on the delivery fee. This charge is paid to our third-party courier company, not Big Ticket.

If I use my Debit Card or Credit Card to purchase a ticket, will there be VAT charges applied?

Big Ticket will not charge VAT on purchases done through debit or credit card. However, if the bank applies any service charges, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

How do I register for Big Ticket?

You can register via bigticket website by providing your valid passport or emirates ID. After you successfully register, you will receive an email to verify your account.

I forgot my password on the Big Ticket website, what should I do?

Go to the website, click on “forgot password” and it will direct you to set a new password. After successfully setting your new password, you will receive an email to reset your password.

Logging into your Big Ticket account after X amount of time, what is the process?

After you submit your email and password, you will receive a verification email to confirm your detail and then you proceed as normal.
